I ordered the HomeOne desk on Saturday evening at around 11:30pm after I was doing some browsing and felt they had a good offer on and have been wanting a standing desk for work and editing the past few years. I assumed it would come later this week. But to my surprise it was shipped out that night / next day and arrived by DHL 40 minutes before the window even opened which was great for me. As I was assembling the desk I misread one of the instructions so I called their helpline and without even seeing the problem they helped me figure out my mistake. I was only on the call for less than 5 minutes. Amazing service and amazing customer care. I am already contemplating picking up one of their desk chairs too. Highly recommend. I used for the whole day and love it. Thank you!! Happy customer.
