ADT Call center has not been connected…
ADT Call center has not been connected to our Fire and Smoke Alarm system for 9 Months and NO ONE from the call center knew! WHAT? Even when they claim to be constantly monitoring! When we learned of this and tried to rectify a tech couldn't get out to try and fix the problem for 3 WEEKS! By that time we were charged for another month! And then another! They refuse to reimburse us for any of the time while we were not connected to the call center. DO NOT USE ADT they are not reliable and refuse to take any responsibility.
