The wheelchair lift was great and the driver was very kind. The plugs in the bus was not working to charge my phone . My biggest issue was that my suitcase was soaking wet and it wet all my items inside the bag, this really upset me. I had no dry clothes to wear and some of my diapers and changing pads were soiled.
