Leon Sonny Wolf was very informative. I had never heard of the VIP program and he patiently took the time to explain how it all worked. While today I wasn’t ready to purchase the VIP it was not for lack of Leon doing his job to upsell me!! Biggest reason I didn’t go with the VIP is because I’ve never had a service call with Liberty and I don’t know how the customer service department handles service calls . I don’t want to be stuck with a company for an extended period of time have given up payment and have to go with someone else because of bad customer service. Once I decided I did not want to purchase the VIP program Leon was quick to get me off the phone to the point I thought he had hung up on me, I called him right back and he quickly answered my call and explained he would be sending me email confirmation of the new policy.
