I had an excellent experience working…
I had an excellent experience working with AKON, and especially with Michael Davis. From the beginning, Michael was extremely patient and willing to listen to what I was trying to accomplish. My project was a little different from a typical commercial application because I was looking for a customized curtain solution for my residential garage. I had many questions, measurements, pictures, and ideas, and Michael took the time to work through all of them with me. I am also a very visual person, so I appreciated Michael taking the time to explain the different options, provide visuals, and help me understand how the various configurations would work. There were several changes and adjustments during the process, and he never made me feel like I was being difficult or asking too many questions. Instead, he continued to work with me until we arrived at a configuration that I felt comfortable ordering. The communication, patience, and personal attention I received from Michael made a big difference in my decision to move forward with AKON. The order was completed and delivered, and everything arrived as expected. I have not had the opportunity to fully use the curtain system yet, so I cannot comment on its performance at this time. However, I can confidently say that my experience with Michael and the customer service I received during the ordering and customization process was excellent. Thank you, Michael, for your patience, professionalism, and willingness to work with me throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate it.
