Do not work with this company. I signed up for their service to create an AI receptionist to schedule callbacks. However, the AI receptionist was faulty and would repeatedly ask questions that were already answered by the client. Since the service didn’t work, I cancelled and asked the company not to charge my account any longer. Instead, they charged my account for another month and refused to refund me because they claimed I was required to provide 30 days notice.
