The worst customer service i have ever…
The worst customer service i have ever received. All they say after they have had the claim a month is that they are reviewing it. The person that is apparently doing the claim is never working and the person answering the phone says they will leave a message. Then they just add for the same documents we sent 5 times. The only thing we got was a email that the insurance was going up in price.
