Excellent customer support and a great mower
I have been using the Lymow One Plus extensively and overall I am very impressed with both the mower and especially Lymow's customer support. My first mower developed several mechanical issues over time, including problems with the mowing deck, OmniWheel springs and mowing motor bearings. I was able to repair some of these issues myself, but when another problem appeared, Lymow Support offered to replace the entire mower with a brand-new unit. Because I did not want to be without a mower during the mowing season, they offered an advance replacement with a refundable security deposit. The new mower was shipped to me first and arrived quickly. Communication with the support team throughout the whole process was friendly, responsive and solution-oriented. I also asked whether I could keep my repaired original mower as a backup instead of returning it. Lymow was flexible and offered me a very reasonable option to purchase the old unit. The new Lymow is now working very well, and I am extremely satisfied with how Lymow handled the whole situation. Problems can happen with any relatively new product, but what really matters to me is how the manufacturer responds when they do. In my experience, Lymow has stood behind its product and treated me very well as a customer. Excellent customer support and a very capable mower. Five stars from me.
