My order came on the date they gave me and the medication was still cold when I opened it. The insulated mailer had a solid ice block inside. Each glass vial was in its own amber prescription container with a childproof lid, so nothing was rolling loose in the package. I read the printed directions first and found the videos when I wanted to double check the injection
