There customer service doesn’t do their job right, they lie to customers. The man didn’t tell me I needed to sign a form to close the account and I asked him multiple times if he closed my account and he said yes. I had to call back the next month to close it again and was informed that i I had to sign a form to actually close it. Then just be aware they will charge you again half a month charge because they say it takes 30 days to close the account. DO NOT USE BRINKS HOME SECURITY SERVICE. The company I had before them were much better. I will NEVER use their service ever again and I will not recommend them.
