Was concerned about a situation which arose between Malawarebytes & YouTube regarding advertising. The technician researched my question, replied with a full & complete explanation in layman's terms, and followed up with additional e-mails just to ensure that I understood completely & IF I had any additional concerns. This is in stark contrast to Microsoft who couldn't care less about their users or META or ALPHABET, etc. Furthermore, MALAWAREBYTES makes no secret of their physical postal address, so their users & customers have additional assurance that it's a real company with real people providing a real service. Can't ask much more than that ... almost like 4 decades ago in the era of MS-DOS!
