Our secuirty system has been down since mid June. We have made multiple appointments with Brinks for service. Brinks is not very accommodating and constantly wants to push calander windows out over 30 days. Currently, we are calandering being down 90 days without service. We have requested virtual help to include sending equipment to the physical site address and Brinks finds it necessary to omit or fail to provide access codes without going back through them for set up. Banker hours as they offer 0 tech support on weekends. Al least from North West Arkansas, this group could not try any harder to fail as well as they do. Completely disjointed and broken business model for this day and age
