DO NOT ORDER, SCAM, FALSE ADVERTISING
Placed an order for what was advertised as a "knit" Halloween sweater. What I received was a cheap, polyester sweatshirt with a the image of the knit sweater printed onto the sweatshirt. I'm currently in the process of requesting a refund, and as described by others, is a process. They have asked why the item wants to be returned, stated that the fact that the item is not as described and is false advertising being the complaint. They then requested photos of the item, which I've sent. I've decided to dispute the charge since the item is not as described and was falsely advertised. Horrible, scam, company, be warned, DO NOT ORDER FROM FAYMOON!
