The process to fix my TV was a little arduous but Sony got me replacement parts in short order, except for the main board which took longer but ultimately fixed my TV. You were patient with my requests and tried to get me the main board as fast as possible and I appreciate the ease of working with Sony. This is why I continue to spend a little more on Sony products versus the competition. Human support is important!
