where is the luxury?
I really like that the bus was on time and the driver was very nice, however, Red Coach is promoted as a luxury bus, and it didn’t feel like it. It was dirty, the cushions and the inside of the bus felt outdated and overly used, so many scratches and stains. Some chairs didn’t incline so the person next to me and several others didn’t have the comfort of inclining the chairs and were trying to take other people’s chairs because of that.
