Okay, Fetch is unreal. My dog went to the vet in April and has been there eight times since—I kid you not! He’s going through one of those phases of life where he’s just been on an illness and injury streak, and it’s been incredibly stressful. We had Pets Best up until last year, but eventually their rates skyrocketed with no changes in coverage. We switched to Fetch and got a very fair price with a $300 annual deductible (we hit it in one visit lol) and 90% reimbursement with $10k of annual coverage, and they have truly been a godsend for a struggling young couple who loves their pup dearly. The claims process is honestly the easiest I’ve ever experienced. They send multiple “in review” notifications and message you promptly if they need any additional information. They say claims can take up to two weeks, but ours are usually processed much faster. I’ve had no issues receiving reimbursement the same day or just a couple of days after a claim is reviewed. I also submitted a pre-authorization request for an especially expensive procedure, and they seamlessly approved it within just 24 hours! I genuinely could not rave more about this coverage, accessibility, user-friendliness, and customer service. Fetch has given us so much peace of mind during a really difficult stretch, and I’m incredibly grateful we made the switch. Love ya'll!
