Extremely disappointed with my recent experience on the SKIMS online store. Every time I try to complete a transaction, my bank approves and authorizes the charge, only for SKIMS to immediately cancel the order and issue a refund. Having funds repeatedly tied up in temporary bank holds due to system glitches or overzealous checkout flags makes shopping impossible. Customer service needs to fix these automated payment errors, as it completely ruins the customer experience."
