Great Concept, Mid Execution
The design is excellent. I loved the shape of the base and fit of the shade - just a very unique lamp overall. However, I found the actual construction to be quite middling. The “harp” piece was bent in such a way that it made it difficult for the shade to sit evenly, the shade fabric had an strange mark that was inconsistent with the rest of the material, and the grommet that houses the cord near the base is loose. These small details really cheapened the overall feel of the product and does not justify the $500+ price point.
