Fraudulent company wanting BIOMETRIC DATA
Ordered from PLT paid almost £30 for extra protection because I live in a shared block/hotel style area with no front of house . Now they are making me do BIOMETRICS of my ID and face with a third party company which after doing research holds your information for up to 3 years. This is UNLAWFUL and an absolute joke. I will be taking this so much further they have taken my money and are trying to force me into providing documents to which is so SUSPECT I would have never paid this money for protection I would have contact pretty little thing myself because it’s the retailers issue. I just want my money back from something I didn’t receive - this ruined my whole holiday and now this is continuing
