Disappointing communication
*****UPDATED**** Having reached out everything was sorted in a very timely manner and I'm very impressed with how they approached my issue ********************** Review is based on my Disappointing communication after purchase I don’t normally leave reviews this quickly, but the lack of communication has been frustrating. My chair arrived with visible marks/damage, so I contacted the company two days ago and have yet to receive even an acknowledgement that my email has been received. I have also only received half of my desk. I was advised it may arrive in two separate deliveries, which is absolutely fine, but I’ve been given no tracking information for the second part, so I currently have no idea if or when it is arriving. I’ve also spent over an hour waiting on their website chat without speaking to anyone. I appreciate two days isn’t a huge amount of time for a full resolution, but when someone has paid a significant amount of money and there are issues with two orders, a simple “we’ve received your message and will respond within X days” would make a big difference. I’ll happily update this review if they get back to me and resolve everything.
