I have been with Malware bytes for a number of years. On my last renewal I duplicated my subscription by accident. I contacted Malwarebytes thinking there would be a lot of hassle getting my money back for the duplicated download - in fact, they immediately said there was no problem and assured me the money would be back in my account within a few days - and it was.
