We spoke with Shari and she helped us tremendously. We called about a possible scam and she asked us questions and helped us determine that it was a scam and to hang up immediately. then she went through all of our accounts to be sure there were no bad transactions. Shari was so personable and helpful. We appreciated this. She also set up an appointment with a mortgage counselor for us and sent us an application for a personal loan in case we would like to apply for one.
