I bought a set and at first they worked great until the nonstick coating wore off and then EVERYTHING stuck to them. I bought a second time thinking maybe I was the problem, nope. Same thing. After a year of use they fail every time. My biggest issue is that I tried returning to get money back before the warranty period was up and they instead replaced my pans which I didn’t ask for. Literally a scam. I asked for proof that I submitted as an exchange instead of a return and they literally could not prove it to me. Why? Because they’re scammers. Worst part is they sent the replacement pans to an address I no longer live at (shouldn’t it be required to verify what address to send it to!?!? I mean come on). I tried so hard to get this corrected and customer service was just terrible. So now I’m out $200. I hope the owners of my former residence enjoy the pans for the next year before they turn to shit.
