Promised $361 Refund Still Not Received
Charged $399 on July 30. TrimRx confirmed in writing that my order was paused and had not been sent to the pharmacy. TrimRx confirmed I qualified for a $361 refund after its $38 fee. The refund has not been received. My account now contradicts that written statement by showing “Sent to Pharmacy.”
