I ordered a hummingbird mobile from Gifters. The mobile was represented as a 3-D unit and what I received was a stamp piece of metal. I was very disappointed. I contacted the vendor and dealt with an excellent customer service representative named Jamie. The company refunded 30% of my purchase since the return shipping cost exceeded the price of the mobile.
