I ordered a lamp that arrived with a very damaged, dented shade. Things happen. I get this. However, I sent Vakker an email about the damage the day I received the lamp - 3 days ago - and I have yet to receive their response. Further, since I waited over 2 months to receive the lamp, I am concerned about another long wait before receiving a replacement shade, assuming that Vakker does respond. Another issue is that the shade was described as brown but it is actually black - I much prefer brown. Finally, Vakker's package tracking system is not updated in a timely fashion; my package was identified as being in customs even on the day it was delivered.
