Customer Service
Customer Service The technician was exceptionally knowledgeable. With clear instructions, she guided me through software upgrade process. And while waiting for the upgrade, she patiently answered all my questions with answers that I would understand. We have been bothered with some issues for the past 4 years and no one seemed to be able to fully resolve them. She was able to explain in details with very efficient language. I offered to write a review for her for the professional customer service she provided. Thank you.
