My name is Dagoberto Rendon and I was very excited with purchasing the MONPORT GA100 Walt MOPA Laser. I received the product with no problem. My grip is that MONPORT had NO CUSOMER SERVICE. On their Website they give you numbers to call, but to no Aviel, They don't answer the phones or return back the call. I been requesting info on their Rotary tool and how I can adjust the setting on Lightburn. No answer and a voice of a male saying "Hi, can I help you then it gois into voice mail.
