We had a dead cockroach in the packaging that the food was wrapped in. We ordered from Lemongrass Kitchen. I wanted to get a refund from the app for my order & the bolt help assistance denied and said it's not possible, but it is possible for me to give a bad rating to the order so that the delivery guy will see. I refuse to do that as the poor delivery guys has nothing to do with this. I want my money back from Bolt Food & the restaurant for the order that i can't enjoy & eat now.
