I’m genuinely so grateful to the PITAKA team for the amazing customer service. My phone case was damaged, and I honestly didn’t expect them to offer a replacement. The fact that they did really surprised me and made me appreciate the brand even more. A huge thank you to the team for the kindness, care and thoughtful gesture. It’s not often that you come across service that leaves such a strong impression.
