Lymow

I’ve been running the Lymow One Plus on…

I’ve been running the Lymow One Plus on my property for a while now, about 3 months and it’s the first robotic mower that actually feels like a serious tool instead of a toy. The tracked drive is the biggest difference. It climbs and holds on slopes and uneven ground that would stop most wheeled robots cold. On my place that means it keeps working through the rougher sections instead of getting stuck or needing constant rescue. The dual rotary blades are another standout — they cut real grass (including thicker or longer stuff) cleanly and mulch leaves far better than the little spinning discs you see on most robot mowers. The cut quality is noticeably better. Setup was straightforward once the RTK base was placed, and the wire-free navigation has been reliable. I map zones in the app, set schedules, and it mostly just does its job. Coverage is solid for a larger area — it makes a meaningful dent in the work that used to eat up evenings or weekends on my zero turn It’s not perfect. It’s heavier and louder than the small quiet robots, and like any outdoor machine you still want to keep an eye on the charging contacts and docking. But the core performance — traction, cutting power, and ability to handle real terrain — is excellent. If you have a flat postage-stamp lawn, there are cheaper and quieter options. If you have a bigger property, slopes, uneven ground, or just want something that actually mows instead of nibbling, the One Plus is in a different class. It’s the first robot mower I’ve owned that I’d genuinely recommend for a working yard, just a big tip, remove the side discharge restrictions and clean the deck once a week.
