Quality customer service
I am truly shocked at the excellence, expedience and efficiency A-Team met me with! I reached out for assistance with an older order on a Sunday afternoon and it felt like I’d gotten a response before I even hit “send”. Extremely courteous, helpful with my query, and Aurate went above and beyond with my request. This exchange alone would make me buy from Aurate again had I not already received one item of my order: that piece solidified it. I can’t wait to see the next piece! Thanks A-Team!
