Overpriced
Overpriced, significantly cheaper options with no shipping costs for the same items available online. No way to contact customer service aside from email, which takes them 48 hrs to respond. Scheduling delivery is a nightmare. An automated phone call reaches out, and when you pick up you're put immediately on hold. I hung up after being made to wait 10 mins. Still haven't scheduled the delivery. And there's no way to do it electronically or reach out to them to schedule. Not worth dealing with them. Haven't even seen the item yet so no clue what the quality is like.
