Very disappointing experience so unhappy and stressful
Very disappointing experience I waited a long time for my dress, only to suddenly be told that I would be receiving a refund. No explanation I was initially told to contact DHL, but I was given the wrong delivery provider — it was actually FedEx. When I contacted FedEx, I discovered that the dress had never even left the country. This dress was purchased for a wedding, so the situation caused me a great deal of stress and disappointment, especially after waiting so long. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was also very disappointing. I asked to speak with a manager, but my request was ignored. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I expected much better communication and customer service, particularly when an order is for an important occasion.
