Customer service was great
My bank flagged my ticket purchase as potential fraud as a precaution. I notified them that it was legitimate and they said to run the charge again I called customer service to be sure it was processed properly and a very helpful man named Wilson got the charge put through, explained everything as he was entering it and got our tickets processed. He was very professional and helpful. I really appreciated his help.
