I paid for a one year membership and they won’t give me six months of medicine that I paid for or my money back
I paid for a one year membership with trim RX back in February they sent me my first prescription three months worth of medicationwith no problem. I stayed on the same dose of 7.5. They sent me my second prescription with no problem when I went to put in for my third prescription I asked them to up it from 7.5 to 10.0 they said no problem. I waited. I never received my prescription. I started this process on July 7 it’snow August 24 and I still have not received my medicine. They keep giving me the runaround and runaround and runaround saying that the doctors are reviewing it the doctors are reviewing it as soon as they review it we will get it right out to you. They’re liars. I don’t know what is going on, but I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
