BEWARE!!!
BEWARE!!! Quick to take your money but won’t give it back if you cancel. I spoke with a customer service rep Kerr 2 months ago. I cancelled my subscription due to my PCP recommendations to stop taking any GLP1 meds. I was told I was going to get a refund of $521. I cancelled approximately June 21, followed up with a phone call and spoke to another CSR 1 month later, they told me they could see that a refund was supposed to be issued and that it had not been processed yet, they said that they were going to send a message to the finance department. It has been another month today is 8-24-26, I tried to call back and was answered by an AI bot, who would not transfer me to a live person.
