I ordered a car fender and provided the seller with the exact VIN / vehicle frame number and OEM manufacturer numbers. I double-checked with them multiple times before shipping, and they confirmed it would fit. They sent completely the wrong part that doesn't fit my car at all. In the dispute, the seller shamelessly lied, claiming they "provided the fenders based on the vehicle frame number given by the customer". Alibaba's arbitration completely ignored my chat logs and proof. They forced me into an "Easy Return" process. While I might get a refund for the item, I am still losing money on import taxes and wasted time because Alibaba refuses to hold lying sellers accountable for shipping incorrect items. Absolute lack of professional technical verification. Avoid this platform for car parts.
