My biggest disappointment company not honest
One of my biggest disappointments is when mac duggal is not honest. The dress never left your state You told me to check with DHL the carrier was actually fed ex. You said to me I had received the dress and you will be calling for payment after you refunded when i did not want a refund. I wanted the dress the stuff up was from your end. You did not pick up the phone and check with carrier. Your resolution left me in tatters waiting close to two months. You guys don’t care I’m just a drop in the ocean. It was all confirmed dress never left country.
