I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max through Alibaba.com. The supplier clearly promised to send an original/genuine Xiaomi 17 Pro Max, but after receiving the order, I found that the product appears to be fake/replica and not the original product that was promised. I contacted the supplier and provided my concerns and evidence, but the supplier is not accepting responsibility and is refusing to acknowledge that the product received is different from what was promised. This has caused me financial loss and a serious loss of trust. I expected better protection and accountability from both the supplier and Alibaba.com. ⚠️ My advice to other buyers: Please be extremely careful before purchasing mobile phones or other branded products from Alibaba.com. Verify the product's authenticity, specifications, IMEI/details, supplier credentials, and all promises in writing. Keep screenshots, photos, videos, invoices and chat records as evidence. I am raising this matter through Alibaba.com's dispute/complaint process and expect a fair investigation, appropriate action against the supplier, and a full refund.
