Terrible customer service
It took over 1 month to receive a lamp that came with a dented shade. The company and I had approximately 16 email exchanges. They refused to give me the RMA so that I could return it. They told me that I could get 10%, 15%, $57, $100, $120, then $171. I decided to take the money because I was afraid I wouldn’t get any money back. They gave me an ultimatum to either send the lamp back to China or accept the money within 3 days. I was also given suggestions to put the lamp in another room, donate it, or sell it. I don’t recommend buying from this company because of this negative experience as well as the flimsy nature of the shade. It was a very frustrating experience that I don’t want to go through again or anyone else.
