I am very disappointed with the product I received. It looks nothing like the product that was advertised or shown when I placed my order. The item I received is significantly different in appearance and does not match what I expected based on the listing. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue, whether that is a full refund or a replacement with the product that was actually advertised. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this.
