Jose Flores was Incredible, very patient, very, very helpful and stayed with me through the whole drawn out process of getting my banking straight. He was very kind. Understanding that not everyone is good with electronics. He made me laugh when I should have been screaming. And I did not throw my phone at the wall once while trying to get everything sorted out! I would put him on the calls where people are frustrated because his spirit is very calming. He's the only agent I hope to have dealings with now. That's saying a lot because everyone i've spoken to at First Tech has been really helpful. I think you should give him about three raises annually. Hear me on that!
