Air conditioning not working properly
I want to start with the driver being about an hour late for pickup. On top of that the bus did not have a properly functioning A/C as I experienced heat the entire 5 hour ride. I understand the Florida heat but that’s ridiculous to pay for a ride and have to sit in heat the entire trip.
