Ordered the Tv console and Shoe Cabinet back in June, suppose to be delivered late July or early August. The whole time the tracking just stuck in out for delivery?? don't even know what it was out for. Then when it passed the timeframe and I tried to reach-out, email obviously doesn't works for them, not a single reply yet still sending promotion or coupon trying to scam me again. Instead tried the whatsapp, oh boy, I spent 5 days to get pass the AI agent ;) everyday it told me it will transfer to a human and ghost me, at that point I feels like it's a scam and my money is long gone, then it finally get to a human, and for some reason the tracking details magically show up, and **APPARENTLY** my order just arrived SYD, and he told me it will be deliver in 2 days rest assure. and guess what, its been a week since and I am stuck in the same whatsapp AI loop again :) Easy to say this is THE most frustrating buy I ever had, I understand things can delay but the least you can do is send an email but instead you send PROMOTION email?! Also, if you don't know how to use AI agents, DON'T.
