Liberty Home Guard = DMV
Dealing with Liberty Home Guard is like dealing with the DMV. They have 48 (business) hours to respond and they use every minute. Last winter, my furnace failed and they kept coming back with new requirements that reset their response clock. It took weeks to get heat in the house. I am currently trying to get a dryer fixed. I submitted the request last Friday. The technician showed up on Monday and submitted the diagnosis that afternoon. It is a circuit board - $285 on-line. It is Wednesday and still under review. Simple fix but as always dragging things out.
