My experience with my WX170 string trimmer…
I have owned my WX170 string trimmer for over 10 years. This product worked great for me until I lost the trim retaining cap. Because I have had no issues using this product around my house, I just ordered a new trimmer (WX170.2) along with a replacement retaining cap for the original one so I have a backup. I also like the fact that I can use my batteries for any of my Worx Tools and keep them charged so they are ready for work. I understand these may not be ready for industrial use, but for my home they work great.
