A waste of time and space
My mother was a member for 45 years and the associate couldn't even bring herself to say "sorry for your loss" when receiving the death certificate. The 30 minute "notification" appointment was over in three minutes - the time to make a photocopy. A follow on appointment which will be held over the phone had the wrong phone number. This service is typical of the West 11th Branch.
