I had an entire story going and I put it on hold and now it's gone! Anyway, bottom line is Rhona reached out to me and I could feel that she was sincere so I opened to her. I explained what I went through with Elle and Ray that they didn't even give a shit about how I felt and just wanted to push the products on me. I've been in Sales for 50years and just retired in March. I know pushy when I see it and that's what they are. They don't care how the customer feels, all they care is about the sales and how much commission they made off of each sale. Anyway Rhona was very comfortable to talk to very caring about how I felt. We settled everything, she explained that I cannot get a refund for the several months that they been charging me for the membership but she can send me some products instead, also she will take my name off the membership list so that I will not get charged starting September. And no one else is to contact me only Rhona. We both agreed and I thanked her for reaching out to me to solve this situation. She felt bad about what I went through and that no one listened to what I had to say. Thank you Rhona, you're a true gem 💎
