Charged twice for August & received only one refill
I was approved for my second round of oral TrimRx, and the Rx was sent to a pharmacy on 08/05/2026. My credit card was charged $279 on 08/05/2026. I never received that refill, and at this point, I don’t need it because the NP approved my request to switch to the injection, which I was billed $279 for on August 12th, and received on 08/14/2026. Twice I have requested to be refunded the $279 for the oral Tirzepatide—it states it is still with the pharmacy. I assumed when they switched me to the injection & that order was processed right away, that they would automatically refund me the $279 for the oral Tirzepatide that I haven’t received & no longer need since the NP switched me to the injection—if not refund me, at the very least, provide a $279 credit to my TrimRx account.
